In this podcast, we host managers from various industries who share situations from their work experiences. Together, we explore challenges and crucial leadership aspects that come with them and discuss effective strategies for navigating them. Through real-life examples, we aim to facilitate learning and growth for our community of managers.

Welcome to the Tell Me About a Time Podcast!
 
I am Michal Kaul, a product leader, with 13 years of experience in retail,  e-commerce, and marketplace space, in B2C and B2B environments.​​
 
I've always found value in reflecting on the decisions, management styles, and strategies I've employed in my career.  I have also always loved to speak with other managers to get their perspective and approach to similar situations. Hearing from others helped me refine my leadership skills and helped me validate my path.  
 
Over time, I've struggled to find a platform where I can share more of these experiences and engage with other managers about their struggles, successes, and learnings. And so, my hope for this podcast is to bring fellow leaders and managers to open up about their journey and allow us all to learn from them.  
 
In each episode, we'll choose a managerial scenario and invite seasoned leaders to share personal stories about their experiences with that situation. We'll engage in discussions and identify key takeaways that can benefit us all. ​
 
I am very excited to kick this off and I look forward to getting your input and feedback here, please do not hesitate to reach out.
